Fixing interaction between PhraseExpander and the Outlook Zoom plugin

Using the Microsoft Outlook Zoom plugin can cause unwanted interactions with PhraseExpander.

When clicking on the Zoom button inside Outlook, the PhraseExpander Add new autocorrect window will appear instead.

How to solve it

Zoom uses the same shortcut that PhraseExpander has set up for adding autocorrects ( CTRL + SHIFT + Q), so what you need to do is changing that shortcut in PhraseExpander.

Inside PhraseExpander, click on File → Options

Click on the  Shortcuts tab

Change the New autocorrect from selected text shortcut by clicking on the associated button and choose a different shortcut that you can use to add Autocorrects

Click OK to save the settings. Zoom should now work fine in Outlook
