Showing and hiding columns

To save space on screen or display additional information, you can show/hide the columns in the Glossary pane, in the Template list, and in the Autocorrect list.

To toggle columns in the Glossary pane

In the Glossary list, right-click on the column header

Choose the column you want to display or hide from the menu

To toggle columns in the Template/Autocorrect list

In the Template list or in the Autocorrect list, click on the Column button or right-click on the column header
