Make Webroot and PhraseExpander work together

Webroot SecureAnywhere can prevent PhraseExpander from properly detecting abbreviations in browsers such as Chrome and Firefox, as well as in other applications such as Microsoft Word.

This can prevent PhraseExpander from displaying the expected suggestions.

Allow PhraseExpander in Webroot

Webroot provides instructions for managing applications through Identity Protection → Application Protection.

Follow Webroot’s guide, then locate or add PhraseExpander and set it to Allow:

After changing the setting, restart PhraseExpander and the affected application, then check that PhraseExpander can detect your abbreviations.
