Setting the confirmation key
PhraseExpander can trigger templates in two ways:
- Immediately after the associated abbreviation is typed (you need to set the template to use Instant execution for that)
- When a confirmation key is typed. By default the confirmation key is SHIFT The confirmation key is always shown in the Suggestions window
How to change the confirmation key

Click on File → Options and choose the Suggestions tab.

In the Abbreviation confirmation section, click on Confirm key dropdown and select the desired item from the list

Templates will then be confirmed using the new confirmation key.
